In 2011, I founded Grace Digital in E-11/3 Islamabad to serve as a trusted neighborhood store for mobiles, computers, accessories, and office stationery. Starting small, I managed everything myself—from customer service to procurement and basic marketing. These early years taught me the fundamentals of running a physical store, establishing supplier relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Between 2013 and 2016, I expanded Grace Digital’s portfolio to include printing, scanning, and composing services alongside the sale of gadgets and accessories. Recognizing the evolving needs of my customers, I also began offering school and office supplies, turning the store into a one-stop solution for businesses, students, and professionals in the area. This phase strengthened my understanding of inventory management and multi-category sales strategies.
Digital Transformation & eCommerce Integration
Took the business online, launching gracedigital.pk and joining Daraz.pk.

In 2016, I launched gracedigital.pk, bringing our store’s trusted offerings to the online marketplace. I also established an official presence on Daraz.pk in 2014, expanding reach beyond Islamabad. Managing listings, responding to online customer inquiries, and handling order fulfillment taught me the essentials of eCommerce management. This phase marked a significant shift in my business model, integrating digital sales with our physical store operations.
